I want to go with the crowd, i want the best selling or best reviewed or top 10 best phones under 100 dollars.. i just used a new keyword in google and i came up with the samsung galaxy y, i just need a quality cheap phone.

last time i bought what i thought was a good phone for 200 dollars and it was the worst piece i have ever seen.
