After many, many, many calls to numerous scammers, I found the number for Holly Kapos. It is 202-333-0001 or you can reach her at hkapos@inphonic.com I suugest calling though. She did say she would overnight FedEx my $400 in rebates and she did. I had to be rude to get these people to talk to me but it worked. And yes, I sent emails like you did. About how I knew they hoped I would give up but that I NEVER would. I have filed with the Washington AG, the BBB, and the ICC and they know it. Good luck!
