2007 Grand Cherokee (electrical probs?)

I'm trying to figure out if my problem is related. My dash lights keep all coming on and then going out. This has happened five times while I was driving, two times I swore the engine stalled and restarted (I had the radio on and thought I must be crazy), yesterday I started my car turned on to the highway... and my jeep wouldn't accelerate past 30mph. I took it to the dealership and they said they couldn't find any problems. Go figure my warranty just expired 2,000 miles ago sad
