The convertible top motor is located within the boot of the car sealed behind the boot where the top folds into you might have a bit of trouble finding the two motor but I assure you they are there: P on both sides of the car just in front of the wheel arches. if youre unsure I would just contact a mechanics and just pop in to see if they can offer any advice, would think they would but I have heard that the fluid in these likes to congeal which is why if not used for a while might become stuck or unable to be opened and stiff. Just a little suggestion I would try using a hair dryer to warm up the fluid once you find the motors to uncongenial the fluid and then give it a try to see if it opens.
