there should be someway that the cockpit and flight attendants can pick up if someone is using there cell for untoward reasons like nurses can monitor patients heart monitors in ICU from the nurses stations and if something is wrong the monitor sounds off with a loud bleep; also the flight attendants area should not have open access to passengers.
