Those cell phones that play music

I dont know if this counts as annoying ringtones, but there are a couple of phones that can play music aloud. Some obnoxious people play music in the tram with those things...besides being unpolite, the quality of the music is plain horrible...the other day I was asking myself who was the genius who invented these things, maybe I could convince him/her to take other direction in his life besides creating absurd products...but oh well, everything goes in a "free" society, dominated by whatever the market dictates (the words domination and dictation do not resemble much the notions of freedom and independence, but lets not get too meta-physical).
