combo punishment

I think they should be fined heavy enough to send them to the poor house, a few years in jail, and then a few years worth of community service in conjunction with their parole/probation, and they are to be cut off from the IT world completely and permanently. If caught using a computer they go back for 3-5 times the punishment.Oh, and cut off their fingers so they can't type anymore. For a third offense put them in solitary for life. Or just save the taxpayers money and off them right there on the spot.
