Non-english symbols cause problems in our system...

this is the reason why we disallow it. If it's not found on your English keyboard, then it's more than likely to be blocked.

I wish there was a list, but I don't have one. Sorry Toni, I know it's a pain sometimes, but how often do you actually copy and paste quotes that have these symbols?

I know it's not intuitive, but perhaps pasting in to Microsoft notepad first before pasting in the forums? The special characters where causing problems in our system and thus we made the decision to disallow it. So I hope you understand.
