iTunes 10 Will not Import CDs

There are now a couple of possible fixes for this. I reinstalled the program again and immediately restarted the computer. ITunes does not ask for a restart but the restart worked. There is another fix that does not involve reinstalling the program.

Go to iTunes Preferences, General Tab and uncheck the "Automatically retrieve CD track names from internet" box. That also worked for me on another Mac and has worked for others as well.
