My Computer is a HP Slimline s5123w. Its OS is Windows 7 32 bit w/ Sp1. Ram is 3 GB. Harddrive is 320 GB. Processor is AMD Semprom LE 1250 single core w/ 2.2 GHz speed. Motherboard is M2N68-LA made by Pegatron w/ NVDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 chipset. Vidio graphics is Integrated graphics using NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE. My TV [which windows will not boot normally when computer is connected] is a Panasonic 32 inch class/led/720p/60hz HDTV Viera Model TC-l32x5. My TV[ which windows will boot normally when connected is a Phillips 19inch 720p/ HDTV model 19PFL3505D/F7. When computer is connected to Panasonic TV Windows begins to boot but stops after approx. 15 seconds. Then the TV displays a no signal message. Windows will boot, however, in Safe Mode and the TV displays the desktop fine. When computer is connected to Phillips TV all is fine. Both TVs have VGA ports that were used to connect to computer.
