No Signal To Upstairs Television

Hi Team,

I just moved into a new flat and appear to have a Triax 304114 face-ache, I mean face-plate. I don't fully understand what all the holes are for.

I have my downstairs telly plugged into the middle hole on the bottom row, which appears to work fine.

The problem I'm having is, I have two bog standard TV connectors in my two upstairs bedrooms, but I can't receive a signal through either of them.

Have I committed some kind of absolute wiring sin on the Triax 304114 which is causing the upstairs connectors to not function? What would I need to do to make this work, or maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree entirely.
