A Class Action Lawsuit dose not require a person to live in a certain
city / state. If that was so, the following would apply. If a maunfacturer of a business was set up in New Jersey and you purchased his product via truck shipping, telephonically, or E-mail, you could not take legal action against them because you live in another state / city. Dose that make any sense to you? What is true; the law firm that handles the case / lawsuit would have to be licensed to practice law in the states filing the lawsuit. Of course each state has it's own set of regulations when it comes to law. Please forgive me for taking so long to respond to your forum question, Im not on the computer every day. Very busy handing out flyers and posting posters in my campaign against MITS. Caught a cold or two, but others are still working and I will be back on the trail soon.
