Thank you so much for your suggestions. I filed a complaint (online) tonight with the BBB against MDEA and as I mentioned earlier, I e-mailed MDEA today detailing all the problems. Did you actually call the Consumer Complaint person @ MDEA in Irvine and speak to them (Vigil White) or did you just wait until MDEA contacted you? I have already called Mitsibushi's toll free # and talked to their outsourced customer service person (I was given a reference #) but they seems pretty complacent about the whole thing. I'm just wondering what's the fastest/most efficient way I can get a new, replacement TV for this LEMON I currently have. Please let me know if you think I should call MDEA-Irvine or wait for them to receive my BBB complaint and muddle through the complaint process. MANY THANKS!
