gobuydigital & plasma house one of the same. Total Scam!!!

I bought a 52inch Aquos from Plasma House,it was then shipped under Gobuydigital. They are the same company. The TV was not working upon receipt. I e-mailed the company at least 10 times with no response. I can't even get them to answer their phones. Customer Service is terrible. I also ordered an extended warranty for $499 and have yet to receive any documents. So here I sit with a broken TV. Thank goodness for American Express fighting this charge.
