re edirol r1 internal position

in the past few days i had read all the good info
about this litlle machine ) i expect to receive my
in the next week .
I wished the designers of the r1 think how to position and point the r1 to record ,what i am talking
about is the same attachement of the photo cammeras
to a tripod so you can ajust in 3d the best position
for the recording.
I my self an electronic engineer I intend to do a litlle research about the power consumtion and
the thd that is not specified and released by edirol
in any case knowing that this machine uses akm devices as far I konw
(adcs and dacs)there are one or two devices that work
with battery voltages (3v) and also 24 bits at 96khz
oversampling ,the specs are very good about-86db but
when i had the r1 in my hands i will try to check this
