PTZ cameras tend to run more than that.

Your best shot at this is to issue what they call a RFQ (request for quote) to the makers and include all you want them to deliver.

But having dealt with QUALITY PTZ gear in the past I didn't see this doable for this price when they wanted HD and it all working, delivered, demonstrated, etc.

I think the RFQ is next.
