Can you help with a broken camera screen?

I wanted to copy over the photos from the camera internal memory onto the memory card, but my screen is broken and once I go into "Main settings", I can't see anything on the screen.

Any ideas how to access the memory stick tool option and the "copy" function without being able to see any options on the camera screen???
