Not because of something he's doing

I'm having the EXACT same problem, and it's occurring with files that I haven't even opened, much less edited or re-saved. Does someone have a solution that doesn't involve pointing a finger and vaguely saying, "It has to be your fault?" Even if you were right, Kiddpeat, your response is not very helpful. And as it happens, you are wrong.
