Does your camera have a usb port? or a single plug (headphone looking plug,) if either, try accessing thru the computer trying to recognize
the camera as a "drive" (like cd-rom or dvd- or external drive). Also maybe there is an oxidation build-up on the contacts of the memory card or card reader, oxidation creats "resistance"- a hard to get thru pathway and at a low ohm area it might take the path of least "resistance" or just "stay put" beacause of resistance(poor path). Also believe it or not- NOT ALL MEMORY CARD READERS ARE CREATED EQUAL, So I have 3 different multiple card readers, Because Murphy has a law remember?
