Now THAT's the answer that I was looking for...paste it into paint was the trick that I was missing!!!!!! It's been so long since I'd used a PC that I'd forgotten to use paint. Fn+shift+F11, as recommended by others and on other forums, was not sufficient, as the printscreen itself wasn't "going" anywhere, you need to paste it into paint of course! THANK YOU! (I didn't feel like downloading yet another piece of software, or trying to scrounge up a different keyboard to use for 2 seconds with my MacBook Pro, and the onscreen keyboard wouldn't work with the software that I'm using which I needed a printscreen of either.)
