My name is Chiranjeev. I am from Dell Social Media Team.

It appears one of the start up items or a background service is causing the delay. In this case you can try clearing the start up by performing the following steps- Press and hold down the windows key and then press the R key on the keyboard. In the Run box type msconfig and hit enter. Click the start up tab and disable all start up items. Once done restart the system.
