My cd rom and cd-rw is back to normal

Thank you very much for your information on fixing my problem I like the way you mentioned how did it happen. I think it all started when i uninstalled IT Tunes and when i looked in device manager i got the error code 39 corrupted class reg entries, at first i thought it was the ati driver i had updated that had caused the problem. I made sure I did a system restore point like you mentioned before i started. The reg edit wasn't so scary after all i was very careful though to select the right folder. Thankyou
