Untrustworthy Seller--Risky Business

After a month of emails inquiring about unfilled order (post sale) with no response to my "where is it?" inquiries...they finally shipped a defective cartridge. A refilled canon Ink cartridge that was missing several colors. They did not refund and will not respond. they cannot be trusted.

Buyers beware! this is a seller that appears to be fraudulent. Everyone should know and not get involved.

There should be an oversight authority that could shut them down as they still operate a retail sales website.
