TFP can only be described as a 'pack of thieves' run by the village idiot. Why would you want to do business with a company that doesn't answer phone calls during normal business hours and is incapable of delivering the one thing that they're in business to do? None of the cartridges I got from them worked. I had to go to my bank and have the charges reversed (after some back and forth with the 'head thief).'
