As to EU channels, you should tell the forum what channel the wifi is on and then we'll know if that's it.

I make no apology for this industry. They expect laypeople to become network experts. Or use google?

2. You would think that until you encountered a card that when replaced would work with the user's home router. It's rare, can happen.
