How do you reinstall after you've uninstalled?

Right next to the "uninstall" button is an "install" button. After you've uninstalled, click "install" and then pick "Services" from the list that appears. The File and Network gizmo will be listed in there.

By the way, I did all that and still had no luck. Then I realized that both the wireless *and* the wired Ethernet connections were connected on my laptop. I disabled the wireless connection, so that only the wired connection was active, and everything popped right up. So you might try this too...
