My problem is that this error keeps on popping up. But I have only one PC. There is not network!

Dual Boot System: Win98SE & Winxp Pro (No SP)
RAM:256 MB
Disk: 40 GB IBM - 7200 rpm
CD & DVD Drives
Printer: Lexmark 3200
