Dear Sir, I have been using Connected Online Backup service for about 10 years. I think they have been bought out by IronMountain, but if you put "Connected Online Backup" into Google, you will get where you need to go. Even when they were bought out, my service was seamlessly transferred. Whenever I needed help, they were there - COB original as well as Iron Mountain. Not just online help to understand something - IronMountain followed through on everything. One time, I couldn't retrieve some files - couldn't figure it out. They had me send them the disks they had created and I had bought from them. They couldn't find a problem, but didn't leave it there. Gave me another disk - a DVD- that gave me all my data. They also paid for the postage both ways - and I was in Costa Rica!. I have about 150 GB of data to backup. I have a service that allows me to back up 4 GB at a time for $16.45 a month. This cost and service may not be available right now, because this is 10 years later, remember. But I can tell you that this company has comported itself wonderfully in every way possible. And goodness knows I've had enough computer problems to have used their support many times. Of course, each person has different needs. But just this week, Norton 360 support actually caused my Windows XP to bomb, eliminated my access to all my data (inaccessible and corrupted) - I could go on and on. But I have faithfully backed up online - offsite - so I can retrieve my data without problems. Windows won't be so simple. Also, this service can only be accessed through Windows, not through Linux, which I am using now (thanks to the problems with Symantec-Norton). Retrieval is a breeze. Also, backing up. If you are familiar with Windows Explorer, you can use this service. Hope this helps! Julia
