Hardware combination

I'm helping a friend buy a computer. Neither of us know much about computer hardware and I thought I could get some help from you all. Usage is light, no video streaming or gaming, mostly just surfing, photo editing, bills etc. His biggest concern is speed and I don't understand the impact on speed of 2 vs 4 core or turbo boosting of i5 processors on this type of usage. I'm listing the options he has available and would appreciate any help in selecting from mix 1 through 5 as to which you think would give him the fastest performance. There all HP so I assume they are HP motherboards. Thanks for your help. 1) i3-2100, 6Gb DDR3. 2) i3-2120,6GB DDR3 . 3) i3-2130, 8GB DDR3. 4) i5-2400, 6GB DDR3, 5) i5-2400, 6GB DDR3,1GB Video Card.
