Basic minimum PC

In many cases when the PC starts but quickly poops-out suggests a PSU issue. You should recheck all work and any connections are OK and proper, NOTHING for granted. Then, if possible replace the PSU with another one. You need disk drives attached, mount cpu and HSF, and minimal ram and re-try. If it fails again, then under these circumstances either you have a bad part, improper connection or wrong part. Are you sure the cpu is supported for this mtrbd.? All connections trul connected none left out or routed wrong, etc.? If you have a video card installed(no mention) if this a hi-end one, it maybe sucking too much from the PSU, use the int. video port if available, remove video card during this time. If no video port, then use a simpler video card for testing. Otherwsie, if all the above proves negative and no possible error on your part, then return part(s) you deem necessary. Of course, you can test one item at a time on another PC if available. If the PSU is "split rail" route cabling that best fits your devices, spread the load -OR- replace with a "single rail" type PSU. Come back with results...don't skip anything.
