I am DISGUSTED and in SHOCK at what an AWFUL company this is.The first of many problems was the fact that I payed EXTRA for "3 day creation" of my PC and it took them over 2 weeks to even get around to it.Second, they lied to me about many things, many times. First, it was that my credit card wouldn't allow me to ship something to a different address than the card holder. I call the credit card company, they laugh and tell me this is not and has never been a rule of theirs. I call ibuypower back and tell them as much. He puts me on hold for 2 hours while he calls them as well. When he gets back to me the only explanation is "You were right!"I cleared all this up on thursday.

I check the order status first thing friday morning. No change at all. I email them right away, asking why nothing is being done still. The email I get back is "We don't work on the weekends". This was 11am on Friday. And yet they are still answering emails as well.I respond to this saying as much. What I get back is literally this; "Please read my previous email. Your order will not go into production until Monday. There will not be any updates until then. We also have some delays I will try my best to make your dead line but maybe very difficult for me to do. I think it would be best for you to just cancel the order and purchase else where. It is up to you.

"At this point, my my is reeling. I respond asking for managements email and asking what that even means. I then hear nothing, despite 3 more emails. Nothing more from them, ever. About 5 days later, now almost 3 weeks after my "Max 10 day" order, my computer arrives at my door.I open it up in excitement, only to find the outer case dented and some of the inner componants seemingly pushed around inside. I attempt to use it, and it fails.I email them telling them exactly what happened. I get this back:"If you want to give me a hard time just send the system back for a refund and I would gladly refund you your computer and we can go our separate ways."LOL, ME...give HIM a hard time... I ended up returning the computer and buying from a local company a friend of mine used to build his computer. I ordered what I wanted through their site, and in a few days I got an e-mail saying it's ready to be picked up. When I got there they showed me that the computer was completely working and that everything I ordered was there and in good shape before I took it home. It was overall a MUCH BETTER experience, and if anyone is interested in getting one yourself, you can check them at IronsideComputers.com.
