For one Airborne is responsible if they never got the laptop back to Dell however it should be Dell making them pay up not the consumer. As for buying Dell? I have several and have dealt with Dell on many occasions even at work. I like their products to date and would buy again. Tell me who doesn't have glitches from time to time? Work changed over to IBM instead of the Dells we were going to and they stink in my oppinion. Far more problems with the IBM than the Dells we had. Did you also know that Emachines were rated above all the others by the public according to PC magazine??
