Thanks for your response.......I am aware of things possibly slowing somewhat during peak hours. I also understand the concept of my 10 meg service being split-shared between all wireless units on the property and I'd just let go of all having received that explanation from what is now two Suddenlink techs as well as from you but I'm not so sure it explains all units reading between 9.0 to slightly over 10.0 for the longest time when all were up and running at the same time and I'm not so sure it explains why one of the 3 laptops still to this day reads in the same range with all units on the network while the other two are now in the 4.0 range.

A second tech came out yesterday to replace my modem, it's what was supposed to have been changed out during the first visit. Once this didn't change anything, the tech said "Well your Router is 5-6 years old". My 5-6 year old Linksys Router was 5-6 years old two weeks ago when all units tested @9.0 or above as they had consistently tested prior to recently as was detailed in my first post and once again, one of my units is still testing above 10.0. I'm just perplexed........

Thanks again
