autostart part 2

What you describe is exactly what is happening, and I agree with your observation. BUT, it used to get to the Internet first and establish the connection and then OE would start. Now it's a minor inconvienence and I would like to have it back as it was before.
I have no idea of where to look to see the sequence of events that happen during startup. There is nothing in the STARTUP folder that indicates the problem is there.

Anyone else please?
