Waiting for the dust of the EULA to settle

I'm all for speed, but not sure I'm all for Google. Certainly their purported cut-n-paste EULA didn't score any points with me, nor does the reports of malware that are already out in the wild taking advantage of its known vulnerabilities out the proverbial box. I thought things like that only happen to Internet Exploder.

I'll probably still download and install it, but certain key factors need to firm up before I do so. Until then, I soldier on with FF3.
