Colour problems

Many thanks for your information to solve my problem.
I am not fully computer literate, being 78yrs of age.
I note that you say that I should install the original drivers that were supplied when new, without success.
I have tried installing the drivers that I had with the computer but I don't know if I was successful.
Could you please tell me from the list below, the driver that deals with colours and I can try again, they are.
Lotus SmartSuite
Biostar for Intel Chipset Mainboard
BitWare for windows
WinPhone Phone tools
Unika Reinstallation Disk Petium 111
and two Floppy Disks.
Start up for Intel Pentium 111 450MHZ
BTC CDRom Driver for Dos Setup:CD Expess Version 2.9.
I realise this will take up your time, but it would appreciated.
