Download, install, update, then run full system scans using the free tools below. Delete anything they find.:
Malwarebytes Antimalware
SUPERAntispyware Removal Tool
Next, change the password on the "Administrator" login.. First login to the computer with a user that has admin rights. Then, click on Start-Run, then type: control userpasswords2, then press the "Enter" key.. When the "User Accounts" screen comes up, click once on the "Administrator" entry and then click on the "Reset password" button.. Type in a complex password, then click on "Apply". (Remember to "remember" the password for later use.)
After that, try changing the login options for your computer so a password must be entered and Ctrl-Alt-Delete must be pressed in order to login. While still in the "User Accounts" display screen, place a CHECK mark in the box next to: "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer", then click on the "Advanced" tab, then place a CHECK mark in the box next to "Require users to press "Ctrl-Alt-Delete", then click on Apply, then OK.
Hope this helps.
