Yes the link to google helped.It seems there's a few reasons this can happen.Because it's has to do with the registry microsoft suggest's you back up the registry before modifying anything.They offer a help guide that guides you through the back up process for those not familiar with doing this and then shows step by step instructions for rectifying the cause.This is the link I followed.
