Regzooka have been in touch.
They said they were not aware of my previous email although it was sent to the same address as they have used in the recent correspondance and I received an auto reply on sending ???
They have, however, refunded the cyberbackup subscriptions(haven't checked my card statement yet) and apologised for the failure to respond to the first email.
