Is there really a free PC utilities software entitled "CC Cleaner?" Does the aforementioned software actually exist? I am not talking about a similar software named "CCleaner." While a PC utilities software named "CC Cleaner" is listed on CNET download website, downloading the designated software results in the downloading of a pc utilities software by the name of "CCleaner."
Please clarify how and why that is happening. Is this some kind of deceptive practice of bait and switch is in play?
