PC utilities forum: I have had a lot of computer trouble hope you can help

there is some wrote at the bottom of the pages. please just read it and tell me what you think!

I am not sure but maybe this well help.at the bottom I have copy pasted what they said. the one not mention is the one you said I could delete. the one on the java scrip witch I still have. the one name hr_err_pid5512

On the 1st desktop under properties and general tab I see type of file: configuration setting(ini) then open with: notebook then location. now the size.109KB then 1.20bytes.) size on disk,4.00KB
bytes (4.096) bytes

now 2nd desktop Typed: configuration setting open with notepad: location size(74bytes
disk size 4.00KB (4.096)

now back to the 1st I click on it and got this is what I saw.

I like to tell you this too. after I put the DVD in and click on the e drive windows media comes up and you see the little circle going round and round because it is doing some thing. I waited for a few min and a big black screen came up. I waited a bit more and when I thought it was not going to do anything more I click ESC and and that bought it down to a little black screen and I saw the buttons back forward play. I click play and in a few min it started to play.

does that give you enough to help or no it is not. I pray it is and I hope this post makes sense.
