More questions than answers..
I'm unclear as to what you mean when you say Revo Uninstaller Pro 'appears to be a log'. The only log I see in the FREE version, is that which in the VS Revo Group folder, within the Programs File folder. Kindly be more specific.
Some additional details would also help. Did you purchase a license? Did you get as far as registering it? If so, after entering the serial number, did you click on "Activate Online"? What happened?
If you were unable to get as far as the registration process, it's commonly due to a firewall blocking the connection. Or an incorrect serial number entered. Did you check your firewall?
I would presume having read the manual, it covered the same topics listed in "Revo Uninstaller Pro - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)". You might want to have a look to be sure.
Are you experiencing any problems or issues, other than the inability to get Revo Uninstaller up and running?
