.... it shows the shooter walking up the road to the house in question.
Where the location of the conversation between the driver and the shooter is not clear. The video has obviously been edited, but one must assume the driver conversation came first.
The confrontation between the men on foot appears to take place at the bottom of the driveway of the house in question. The shooter is standing on the street. If one looks at the bottom foreground the driveways' edge is clearly visible. Also, the men being filmed appear to be on higher ground and the intial view of the party house appears to show it up a hill.
I have noticed a trend in all these recent posts. People tend to briefly acknowledge the verifiable facts and then put a lot of work into creating a scenario that justifies the shooter. If people would just limit themselves to what proof is at hand, then these threads would be one hell of a lot shorter.
I said it before and I will keep saying it. Concealed handguns give false courage and bravado to these guys and create situations that never would have occurred had there not been a gun. As a "for instance"... here we have a disgruntled neighbor who states he is "afraid for his life" when dealing with a man he knows is a school teacher.
The shooter was the aggressor and he simply allowed the situation to escalate. The only legal question is did he have a right to push the event until what happened... happened?
