Innocent people get arrested. The system then begins to set roadblocks for them to trip over so when they can't convict them on what they were improperly charged with, they can try and stick something else on them.

I recall a post you made a few months ago how a certain race were getting away with murder in Baltimore., even when/if they were charged.
