that skilled labor was changing course. Maybe it was vocational or technical training that didn't keep up with meeting the needs of trades and industry. Maybe we've put too much emphasis on turning traditional education into diversity and social correctness training and not placed enough emphasis on teaching people to actually do something useful. wink
