is pretty low....since we don't have any way to know what he actually said to Bush....I can imagine since BO is pretty petty in public. I've just not seen or heard any acknowledgement from BO giving Bush and his foreign policies credit for anything....even though BO hasn't taken away very many of them like he said he would. I also have to imagine that that alone is an 'indirect' 'kudos' to Bush because saying anything publicly would be detrimental to BO's political health.
