One of the things I have thought about for a while and I'm not sure how it would work. Rather than have five or six hospitals in town trying to be the best at everything and have the best machines, have each hospital specialize so it only had to have the expensive machines for the specialities.

I can see the basics need to be in each hospital like for clot buster drugs.
