anybody can sue anybody else here in the US and usually does, no matter how stupid the suit might be because there is always a lawyer out there somewhere who will take the case....and Gloria is at the top of that list. If the case has merit, it will go forward; if not a judge will toss it out.

And why do you always want to leave Maher out of any debate about name-calling? He's an 'entertainer'....you think Rush isn't? They both work for a living in the media area and both use shock value to get their 'points' across....where's the difference, Josh?
