Man that's old stuff. While I'd do the usual deep cleaning of heatsinks (ALL OF THEM!) as well as replace all heat sink compound then inspect for BAD CAPS (see google) this is an old machine which may cost more to fix than replace.

There are folk that are not aware of this so we always have to point it out.
