Open your PC and check to see if there's a video card. One that connected to one of those DVI ports. If present, with power-OFF, remove and reset and assure it fully seated. Reconnect to the one DVI port that was working as before. Now power-ON your PC and check results. Also, note how the fans and such are working and especially the video card if present. If that fan isn't working, it may have seized or failed. Provide the video card is the problem, remove and replace with another one or use whatever warranty you have. Alas, you may want to remove the video card entirely and use the "on-board video port" if present. More than likely a VGA type, you may need a DVD-VGA convertor in order for its use, should you care to go that route. Chekl all that and report back with results.
